Yad Vashem UK Genealogy Service

We are delighted that we can now offer the services of our Genealogy Research Department to gather information on your ancestors. We will scour published and unpublished records to find any information that might be available on your family.

We will provide the dates and places of the main events in your ancestors’ lives as well as information about the towns and villages with which they were associated, bringing detail and colour to your family’s past.

For the moment we can only offer this service for families which originate from Eastern Europe. We are hoping to extend the scope of this project in the near future. This offer is exclusively available via our website.

Inevitably there will be cases where we are unable to find any information. Perhaps the original spelling of a name was adjusted to an English spelling making the research very challenging. In many cases however, we will be able to find generations of ancestors, identify the towns they lived in and information on how they lived.

The cost of this service is £50, which will help us maintain the service and broaden its scope. If, however, there is no available information, there will be no charge.
